Complaint.TV was developed as a free service for consumers to get in touch with TV news stations in their area. Consumer stories get posted to the site with built-in search engine optimization for both the page URL and the page content. With a MySQL database integrated on the backend, the site is able to communicate with over 600 TV news stations helping streamline the notification process for consumers.
We also managed the initial online marketing campaign which included press releases, search advertising and link building.
...Most of the time we have to follow a lot of procedures and go through a lot of red tape in order to have our complaints handled and formalized. But thanks to Complaint.TV, this task has become easier and we are assured that our complaints will not fall on deaf ears.
