This was done way back in 1997 by Hulaweb's founder when frames were popular. Still, we think it's worth a mention. It was done for a popular edgy radio DJ, Lou Brutus, who wanted a comic book look and feel. Some of the art work was provided by an artist, but adapted and customized for the web by our graphic designer.
