The Recapist is blog site dedicated to recapping TV shows. Hulaweb created it for Fameish Media to be the new home of the already popular PopCultureJunkies.com. The Recapist was the first site to roll out as part of a network of nine sites connected by a user community called Famesters.

The Recapist is custom site that runs on a Drupal platform. Building it was a huge project that involved authentication, brand integration, community, rss feeds, blog posts, taxonomy and imported content---to name a few. Hulaweb created the logo, branding, tagline and site design. We also did all custom development and deployment of the site.

The Recapist rolled out in tandem with its social networking parent site, Famesters.com in April 2007. Working on both sites was a great experience. Not only was it fun, but we learned more than we've learned on any other project.
